Thechances that I just happened to get the one watch that didn't work on Visible are probably close to 0. My guess would be most, if not all watches from Costco would not work on Visible. Costco probably purchased a bunch of watches from Apple in a certain IMEI "block," just as Visible intimated they did themselves. My recommendations
Dontworry you look setup there your just near the phone connected still. Youll know because if you swipe up on control center look for a green phone icon that ditects your connected theough bluetooth. If Bluetooth on phone disconnected and cell icon on watch control panel disconnected cellular data symbol turns green (ie no longer in phone range).

6:25 PM in response to ekanieski0311. As of now a Sprint Apple Watch still will not connect cellular solo if you switch to a T-Mobile Sim. I was told it would be fixed Nov 9 2020. That’s over 3 months ago. I think they are forcing you to switch from a Sprint account to a T-Mobile account.
