Itsounds like your customers had an issue where the Apple Watch showed no SIM. There are a few steps they could try to resolve the issue. Update iPhone. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Update Apple Watch. Update your Apple Watch. Update carrier settings. Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad.Thechances that I just happened to get the one watch that didn't work on Visible are probably close to 0. My guess would be most, if not all watches from Costco would not work on Visible. Costco probably purchased a bunch of watches from Apple in a certain IMEI "block," just as Visible intimated they did themselves. My recommendations

6:25 PM in response to ekanieski0311. As of now a Sprint Apple Watch still will not connect cellular solo if you switch to a T-Mobile Sim. I was told it would be fixed Nov 9 2020. That’s over 3 months ago. I think they are forcing you to switch from a Sprint account to a T-Mobile account.
